The person I’d like to talk about is my aunt, who is a very successful businesswoman. Recently, she has been interested in international trade, you know, growing her business overseas. She wants to promote her products which are seafood to other countries. That’s why she has traveled a lot especially by air to different countries. Normally, she will visit those countries. Some of them are European countries or America or some other countries to see whether there is a strong demand for the seafood products.

She has paid a lot of attention to the needs of potential customers in these countries and also tried to talk to some local business people to see whether it is possible to set up a company in these countries. She is very interested in increasing market presence in the international marketplace.

雅思詞匯的學(xué)習(xí)重點？

1. 背單詞最基礎(chǔ)的三要素就是“音、形、意”（pronunciation, form, and meaning），三者缺一不可！這是因為，雅思考聽說讀寫四個科目，單詞的發(fā)音記不準(zhǔn)就會導(dǎo)致做聽力題時聽不懂，在口語考試中考官會聽不懂你在說什么；單詞的意思記不住會同時影響閱讀和聽力理解；

單詞的形態(tài)——form也就是單詞的拼寫，在寫作中要拼對單詞，聽力的填空題如果單詞拼寫錯誤也不給分，閱讀的時候如果不熟悉單詞的“長相”，可能會看錯單詞，比如錯把principal看成principle，影響理解，還會影響閱讀速度！

2.背單詞不能孤立地背單個的單詞，要主動學(xué)習(xí)各種collocation和phrase，也就是各類短語、固定搭配，其中包括名詞短語，動詞短語，介詞短語等等。最好的學(xué)習(xí)方式就是在文章、段落、句子中去找來背，這樣同學(xué)們不僅僅會知道單詞的音形意，還會對單詞的使用方式和語境有更好的了解。如果在寫作口語中能靈活運用他們，就能夠避免中式英文表達，語言質(zhì)量和分?jǐn)?shù)就能得到提高。
